- We’re adding what we collect for Pro pass payments (email, order and payment records) and how we use it (sections 1 and 2).
- Order and payment records are kept for 5 years as required by e-commerce law (complaint and dispute records for 3 years) (section 3).
- We’re adding our payment provider NICE Payments and our email provider Resend (US) to our service providers (section 5).
에이전틱코리아 (Agentic Korea) (the “Operator”) collects early-access sign-ups and sells WeKnow Pro passes on the WeKnow website (the “Site”), and handles personal information as described below. This policy covers the Site, early access, and Pro payments. We’ll publish a separate policy for the WeKnow app before it launches.

1. What we collect
- When you sign up (required): your email address
- Recorded automatically when you sign up: the time, which sign-up button you used, and how you arrived (utm values from ad or post links)
- When you pay for Pro (required): your email address, the pass you chose (1 or 6 months), and your consent to the terms, privacy notice and withdrawal limits, with the time
- Recorded as you pay: order number, amount, payment status and time, payment method type (e.g. card), the payment provider’s transaction ID, and the receipt link
- Recorded automatically while you browse (usage logs): pages viewed and when, sections you scrolled to, buttons and links you clicked, the referring URL, browser and device type, screen size, and your IP address with the country and city estimated from it
We don’t collect your name or phone number. Your card number and other payment details go straight to our payment provider (NICE Payments) in its payment window and never reach us. Usage logs are never linked to your email. We don’t accept sign-ups from children under 14.
2. How we use it
- To tell you about the WeKnow launch and your early-access perk (first month of Pro free)
- To count how many people signed up through each channel (as aggregate numbers only)
- To improve the Site: usage statistics that show how far people read and where they leave
- To provide your Pro pass, confirm payments, and handle withdrawals, refunds and questions
- To send a payment confirmation email with your order, pass period and refund terms (the contract notice required by Korea’s e-commerce law)
We won’t send you marketing email for anything else.
3. Retention and deletion
We delete the sign-up list within six months after the official launch, once we’ve finished sending early-access perks. Ask us before then and we’ll delete your entry right away. Deleted entries are erased from the list database so they can’t be recovered. Usage logs are deleted one year after they’re recorded.
As required by Korea’s Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, we keep records of contracts and withdrawals and of payments and delivery for 5 years, and records of complaints and disputes for 3 years, then delete them. If you ask us to delete them before then, we keep them separately and use them for nothing else.
4. Sharing with third parties
We don’t share your personal information with third parties, except where the law requires it.
5. Service providers and transfers outside Korea
We use the companies below to run the Site, store the sign-up list and orders, process payments, send email, and measure usage. All except NICE Payments are US companies.
| Company | What they do for us | What’s transferred | Where the data is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Hosting, the sign-up and payment server, visit statistics | Sign-up and payment data in section 1, connection data | Cloudflare’s global network (the server closest to you) |
| Supabase Inc. | Storing the sign-up list and orders | Sign-up and payment data in section 1 | Tokyo, Japan (ap-northeast-1) |
| PostHog, Inc. | Site usage statistics | Usage logs in section 1 | United States |
| NICE Payments Co., Ltd. | Processing Pro payments | Order number, amount, product name, and the payment details you enter in its window | Republic of Korea |
| Resend, Inc. | Sending payment confirmation email | Email address, order details | United States |
Sign-up data is transferred over the network when you sign up, payment data when you pay and when we send your confirmation email, and usage logs while you browse. All are kept for the periods in section 3. If you don’t want your data transferred abroad, simply don’t sign up or pay. If you already have, you can ask us to delete it (payment records can’t be deleted during the legal period in section 3). To stop usage logs from being sent, turn on “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” in your browser. When either is on, nothing is sent to PostHog.
6. Your rights and how to use them
Email business@agentickor.com from the address you signed up or paid with to see, correct, or delete your information, or to ask us to stop using it. We’ll act on your request within 10 days of receiving it and tell you what we did.
7. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses no cookies. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics and PostHog. Cloudflare Web Analytics uses no cookies or browser storage and stores nothing that identifies you. We’ve also set PostHog to store nothing in cookies or browser storage, so reopening the page counts as a new visit. We don’t record your screen, and the email you type is never sent to PostHog.
8. Security
Only the Site’s own server can reach the list and order records, using a private key. It can’t be read or written through any public endpoint. Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS).
9. Operator and privacy officer
에이전틱코리아 (Agentic Korea) · Privacy officer: Kwak Youyoul · business@agentickor.com
