Terms of Use

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version governs.
- We’re adding a section on Pro passes (1 or 6 months, no auto-renewal) (section 3). Later sections move down by one.
- The early-access perk is now a free Pro 1-month pass (section 2).
- We state that the Payments & Refunds policy is part of these terms (opening paragraph).
These terms govern your use of the WeKnow website (the “Site”) run by 에이전틱코리아 (Agentic Korea) (the “Operator”), its early-access sign-up, and purchases of Pro passes. Pricing, withdrawal and refunds for Pro passes follow our Payments & Refunds policy, which is part of these terms. Separate terms for the app will be published before launch.
1. Early access
- Signing up means leaving your email so we can tell you about the launch and your perk. It isn’t a purchase or a payment contract.
- The launch date isn’t set yet. It may change or slip for reasons on the Operator’s side.
2. Early-access perk
- The email you signed up with gets a free Pro 1-month pass after launch. When it ends, nothing is charged automatically.
- Pricing is shown in the Site’s pricing section and on the payment screen.
- The perk is limited to one per email address and can’t be transferred.
- Features may change before launch. If they do, we’ll mention it in the launch email.
3. Pro passes
- Pro is sold as 1-month and 6-month passes. Pay once and use Pro for that period. It doesn’t renew automatically.
- You pay on the Site’s payment screen through our payment provider (NICE Payments). Before you pay, we show the price, the pass period and when withdrawal is limited, and ask for your consent.
- After you pay, we email your order details and pass period to the address you paid with.
- Withdrawal and refunds follow our Payments & Refunds policy.
4. What’s not allowed
Don’t sign up with someone else’s email or use automated means to sign up repeatedly. We may delete such sign-ups without notice.
5. About the Site’s content
- The screen examples are made from the app in development and the Operator’s own real files, with names and other personal details hidden. The actual product may differ.
- Figures on the Site, such as processing times, are measurements taken during development or examples. Real results depend on how much data you have and on your computer.
- GitHub, Google Drive, Notion, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Hancom Office Hangul, and other names, logos, and icons shown on the Site are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to describe what WeKnow connects to and which file types it reads.
- The English version of the Site is a translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version governs.
6. Liability
- The Site and early access are provided as is. If you couldn’t use a Pro pass because of a problem on our side, section 5 of the Payments & Refunds policy applies.
- Unless the Operator acted intentionally or with gross negligence, the Operator isn’t liable for losses caused by Site downtime or changes to the launch schedule.
7. Personal information
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We’ll post what’s changing and when it takes effect on this page at least 7 days in advance, or at least 30 days in advance if the change works against you. Previous terms: 2026-10-23 to 2026-11-04 (Korean) · 2026-10-16 to 2026-10-22 (Korean)
9. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be heard by the court with jurisdiction under Korea’s Civil Procedure Act.
