Payments & Refunds

1. Price and payment

• The Pro 1-month pass is KRW 14,900 and the Pro 6-month pass is KRW 45,000, VAT included. What’s in Free and Pro is listed under Pricing.
• A pass lasts 1 or 6 months from the time you pay. It doesn’t renew automatically.
• After you pay, we email your order details and pass period to the address you paid with.
• Price changes don’t affect passes you’ve already bought.
• “Pro features” means features not in the Free plan, and any use beyond the Free limits (3 cover letter drafts, 10MB of experience mapping, 5 AI chats a day).

2. When your pass ends

When your pass ends, you go back to the Free plan and keep everything you’ve made. To keep using Pro, buy another pass. There’s nothing to cancel. Fees for a period already paid are refunded only under sections 3, 5 and 6.

3. Withdrawal — full refund within 7 days

Within 7 days of payment, if you haven’t used any Pro feature, you can withdraw and get a full refund.

4. When withdrawal is limited

Once you use a Pro feature, delivery of digital content has begun, and under Korea’s Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, withdrawal is limited. We tell you this and ask for your consent on the payment screen before you pay.

If Pro differs from how it was described or advertised, you can withdraw within 3 months of receiving it, or within 30 days of finding out.

5. Outages on our side

If you couldn’t use Pro because of an outage or another problem on our side, we’ll refund that period or extend your pass by the same length — your choice.

6. Refunding part of a 6-month pass

You can return the rest of a 6-month pass for a refund even after 7 days. We take the amount you paid (KRW 45,000), subtract the months you’ve used at the monthly price (KRW 14,900 each), then subtract 10% of what’s left as a cancellation fee, and refund the rest. A partial month counts as a full month.

Example: ask for a refund after 2 months — KRW 45,000 − (KRW 14,900 × 2) = KRW 15,200; minus a KRW 1,520 fee, you get KRW 13,680 back. If the months used cost more than you paid, there’s nothing to refund.

7. How refunds are made

• Email business@agentickor.com with the email address you paid with.
• We refund by cancelling the charge to your original payment method within 3 business days of your request. Your card issuer may take a few more days to show it.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, NICE Payments. We never receive or store your card number.

8. Early-access offer

The email you used for early access gets a free Pro 1-month pass. When it ends, nothing is charged automatically.
